Rockin Rebel was the first wrestler with major league experience to ever appear in an AWESOME ring. Rebel, who cut his teeth in both WCW and ECW, appeared at the very first AWESOME show. While he seemed to be veering from his usual path by wrestling as crowd favorite and teaming with long time foe Patch; it took just a few greenbacks from Liz Savage to get Rebel to show his true colors and walk out and his partner (thus allowing Savage's team of the Krotch Stomp Kings to pick up the victory).
